Find Your Quiet Centre

Step away from the busyness of the week and enter a space of calm, connection, and sacred listening. The Friday Listening Circle is a monthly gathering held every third Friday from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at Living Spirit Centre.

Using the Journey Group process, each evening begins with silence and centering, followed by an opportunity to share what’s on your heart and to listen deeply to others. This is a space without advice or fixing, grounded instead in presence, reflection, and care.

No experience is needed, only a willingness to show up and listen. Come as you are, bring an open heart, and let your life speak.
