Clergy Retreat April 22-23, 2021
The Pandemic has battered everyone, including clergy. The beauty and wonder of our long-ago call to ministry may feel faded and even banished.
Yet the Holy Spirit has not abandoned us. The 2021 Clergy Retreat offers ministry personnel an opportunity to refresh their souls. Let’s dig into the soul resiliency of our call and connection to God while building upon the strengths of our maturity and willingness to continue to learn as evolving leaders for an ever-changing world.
The 2021 Chinook Winds Clergy Retreat Clergy Retreat will take place online April 22-23 over three online sessions with opportunities to reflect in-between. You choose your retreat location — at home or booking into a hotel to getaway.
Leadership will be Rev. Cindy Halvorson, a Lutheran minister and leadership coach, church consultant and facilitator with LeaderWise.
Cost: $50.
If you choose to retreat in a hotel or other location, you’re invited to head to your place of retreat on Wednesday, April, 21 and we’ll begin with an online social hour from 7-8 pm. The event begins in earnest on Thursday morning and runs until just before checkout time on Friday morning.
Schedule:
Wednesday, April 21 — online social hour from 7 – 8 pm
Thursday, April 22 — 10 AM worship, followed by the morning session; meet again at 3 to 4:30
Friday, April 23 — 9 am to 10:30 AM
Organized by Chinook Winds Region’s Ministry Support Working Group.
Any Questions, email Pastoral Relations Minister Rev. Lee Spice.
