Rev. Lee Spice, Pastoral Relations Minister since just before Chinook Winds Region’s beginnings in late 2018, officially retired on June 30, 2021. We are grateful for the opportunity to have served with Lee Spice.

Below is a prayer and blessing for Lee that was said at our Zoom Celebration on June 29: We give thanks for Lee Spice, for her leadership, for her voice that’s been on the end of the telephone or Zoom call or email. Thank you for her wisdom and sense of humour, for her ability to see what is most important. Thank you for her steadiness and faithfulness in serving you at Chinook Winds Region. We pray God knowing your love and presence continue to walk with Lee. May each morning open a new day and new possibility. May she greet the hours with joyful awareness, faithful presence and sacred pause. We ask your blessing upon Lee, Ron and their family. May there be blessings of good health, abundant joy and peace in soul and mind, this day and always. Amen.
