SOULeader is for Chinook Winds ministry personnel from our many diverse settings to come together in prayer, support and collegiality. SOULeader is hosted by the Ministry Personnel Support Working Group team and Regional Staff as part of our collective mission to foster connection and to support our ministry personnel community.

   You can expect music, prayer, whole group conversation and learning together, small group chats, laughter and tears, and connecting with other ministry personnel – near and far.

SouLeaders meets online once a month on the second Wednesday of the month at 2 pm for 90 minutes, drop-in style. Contact Jes Beckerley for Sign-in.

Goals for SOULeader:

• Opportunity to learn together
• Foster relationship building/trust between ministry personnel
• Facilitate an opportunity for ministry personnel to share hopes, successes
• Provide a confidential time gathering time for ministry personnel
• Facilitate an opportunity for ministry personnel to ask for prayers of support in areas of challenges
