DESCRIPTION:Join Affirming Connections for a gentle\, practical\, trauma-informed online session exploring how visibility\, stress\, joy\, and belonging can all show up in the body at once. Participants will leave with simple tools and practices to use that work best for their own body\, needs\, and daily life. Facilitated by Stacey Madden (MSME/T\, MBT)\, a trauma-informed somatic educator\, practitioner\, and facilitator.
