DESCRIPTION:Mondays 7 – 8:30 p.m.  \nCentering Prayer is a method of contemplative silence which deepens our relationship with the Divine. We root ourselves in Open Mind\, Open Heart by Thomas Keating\, and gather wisdom and practical advice we need for a profound spiritual journey into silent receptivity and the gradual letting go of the inner architecture that imprisons us in old identities. \nSessions will include instructions on the contemplative journey\, a silent Centering Prayer sit\, and opportunities to share in community about the unfolding of the spiritual journey in each of us. Everyone welcome.
