The Friday Listening Circle is a monthly gathering held every third Friday from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at Living Spirit Centre. \nUsing the Journey Group process\, each evening begins with silence and centering\, followed by an opportunity to share what’s on your heart and to listen deeply to others. This is a space without advice or fixing\, grounded instead in presence\, reflection\, and care. \nNo experience is needed\, only a willingness to show up and listen.
