On November 8, 2023, we welcomed Sara Stratton and Adele Halliday for a special Town Hall on The United Church of Canada’s Remit 1: Establishing an Autonomous Indigenous Church. The Town Hall was held in conjunction with the Pacific Mountain Region. Sara is the United Church’s Reconciliation and Indigenous Justice Animator and Adele is the church’s Anti-Racism Equity Lead. The Town Hall was hosted by Executive Minister Treena Duncan.
