       Are you a member of a Ministry and Personnel (M&P) Committee? Are there questions you have that might be best answered by the wisdom of a group? Do you want to connect more with other M&P committees from across the region?
      If you answered yes to any of these questions, this gathering is for you. We held two in-person M&P workshops this year that were well attended. I heard from people a desire to connect with other M&P committees to see how they deal with similar situations and the creative ways they have solved problems.
     This gathering will focus on how we do yearly appraisals for staff, particularly ministry personnel. We will cover other topics later. I hope that we can offer this gathering every quarter as a chance for you to meet and learn together.
