Ronald Heifetz, author of The Practice of Adaptive Leadership and Leadership without Easy Answers was the Theme Speaker at the Pacific Mountain Region’s General Meeting in October. Heifetz applied his research on adaptive leadership to faith communities providing sound insight to how Ministers and Lay leaders can lead during significant times of change.
