Communities of Faith/Pastoral Charges are to elect Lay Regional Representatives at their Annual Meeting. In the past, pastoral charges elected Presbytery representatives who also became their representatives at Conference meetings.

Please fill out the following form so that Chinook Winds Region can be in communication with your representative(s). Also, please let us know of any former Presbytery representative that is not continuing with Regional representation so that they can be removed from our records.

Regional Representatives will commit to keeping up on Regional news and information and will attend the Chinook Winds General Meeting from June 7-8, 2019 in Lethbridge. Regional Representatives must be members of The United Church of Canada.

Please note that communities of faith can have more than one lay representative, depending on their size:
• one representative from each community of faith with 100 or fewer members;
· two representatives from each community of faith with 101 to 200 members;
· three representatives from each community of faith with 201 to 300 members;
· four representatives from each community of faith with more than 300 resident members.
